Grooming Policy

Our prices are based on a 6-10 week maintenance groom.

​

We have a 24 hour no call no show fee

​

Most grooms over 10 weeks will be subject to additional charges.

​

Our grooming process generally takes 4-6 hours, if needed sooner an express groom is available for an added fee.

​

We do not accept sedated dogs, unless prior arrangements have been made.

​

We do require a medical release for pets with extreme medical conditions and all elderly pets.

​

One coupon or special per client per visit.

​

We do have the right to refuse services for any reason.

​

All dogs must be current on vaccines and shots.

​

Extra charges will be added for:

Difficult dogs

De-matting

Filth / Mud

Urine / Feces

Grease

Express grooming

Unaltered males and females in season

Late pick up time
